If HaloTack isn't right for you or your horse, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Return shipping is free.

How to start a return

1. Send us a message through the contact page with your order number.
2. Within one business day we'll reply with a free return label and instructions.
3. Pack the items, ideally in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off.

Conditions

• Items should be clean, undamaged and complete (all straps and light modules).
• Please take the batteries out before shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty item?

Send us a photo and we'll replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.
